Schools in the UK
The school year begins in September and consists of 3 terms (Autumn, Spring, Summer) concluding in July. Each term has approx. 1 weeks half term break, there are 2 weeks break for Easter and Christmas and a 6 week summer holiday.

Students who wish to attend further study
(University) continue schooling and sit for A - Levels.
